Upgrades to gear increase its base stats, and sometimes boosts its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the number of random augmentations that are applied.

Survivors can obtain Reroll tokens in a variety of ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in crates and chests, or purchase them from the stores for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attributes of a piece of equipment that could include increasing its damage or giving it a new stat.

Players can roll equipment with three categories: physical power, spell power, and health. Physical power upgrades boost the damage that melee and weapons and spell power boosts rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional amount of health.

There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates an item to a higher-quality, with the requirement of a higher-quality reroll token order to produce it. Upgrades require a regular item. Rare upgrades require items that are either unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The reroll marker, unlike other markers or tokens that are placed on action spaces, remains on the space until the next Success is to be rerolled. This lets you save upgrades.

Blueprints appear in the form of envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Stage, and are opened by grabbing them with Interact. When they are opened they show a complete description and icon of the relevant appliance or ingredient. The restaurant's shop can trade blueprints for a brand new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.


In the end, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool when you run. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop can offer to reroll, and those that are located in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons such as armor, weapons, and other accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. To upgrade equipment to upgrade gear, players must first locate the item then click the "level up button". This will show a list of the item's levels and what it will become after being upgraded. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the item. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Typically rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, while uncommon armor requires just one blue or green Growth Stone.

After deciding on what to upgrade, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. When the requirements have been fulfilled, the player may then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. The item will be raised in level by a certain percentage. The upgrade process can take from a few seconds to several minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process is risk-free, and does not impact the durability of the item. The system is an excellent choice for those who want to gain an advantage in battle but don't want to spend a lot of money. By clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded item to the new gear.

The process of getting Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be a challenge for novice players. There are a variety of methods to get these stones. You can finish contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, get them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or get them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is an option that lets players boost the stats of their weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. It's done by adding upgrade components at the Upgrade Station and paying a fee of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The upgrade materials will be used up and the item will receive a higher level. The process will continue until the item is at its highest level.

Items that have upgraded base stats display a blue icon in their slot. In contrast to enchantments, upgrade components cannot be stacked with each other, but can only be added to a single item at a time. Each upgrade component requires an amount of items and a minimum level of equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place an item to be upgraded. On the right, previews show what the gear will look like at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once a player has sufficient materials will start the upgrading process.

A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Every time the item is upgraded, its stats will be increased by a small amount. The maximum level for an item is 19.

When an item reaches its maximum capacity, it will no longer have the option to upgrade. When a piece of equipment is upgraded to a certain track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades for that track will come with discounts.

Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be put into armor, weapons trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to offer an attribute bonus or extra effect when the equipment is in use. They can be bought from vendors, looted, or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, however doing so could destroy the previous upgrade, excluding for glyphs, which can be removed and replaced freely.

Requirements

Upgrading an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. In addition, certain upgrade components come with additional modifiers that could further improve the item's stats.

For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense, and provides an additional 20% chance of blocking. Additionally the dps enhancement "Wildfire" increases damage to weapons.

Upgrades can be beneficial for some items, but not because they boost stats. They are more valuable for the players if they can get a perfect roll. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for example is highly sought-after by melee PvP communities and could be worth 20-50 times the non-upp’d version.

The game will highlight the requirements when you select the upgrade component to be incorporated into the item. These include the item type (either weapon or armor) and the tier of the item and the Upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.

The game will place an item in your inventory after you've met the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then update to show you how close you are towards getting the upgrade completed. You can also check on the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC who upgrades items.
